Daily stretching
of your neck helps
reduce the risk of
tension headaches,
referred arm pain and
upper back pain. It is
important to remember
to stretch your neck both in forward flexion(the intuitive way) and also in extension (see picture). Stretching in extension stretches the muscles at the front of the neck, which to brachial plexus travel through. The brachial plexus is like the sciatic nerve of the arm.
